Murray Trial - 12 October - Day 11 - Discussion

Yeah, it's everyone's else fault for not calling 911, not the doctor with two freaking cell phones. God, what's wrong with these people?

well duh, of course! Why on earth didnt michael amir or kai chase sense that something was off and called 911, so Murray could chat with his hoes?

I think we all know by the phone records Murray was away way longer the 2mins. I think the defense will proably go with that now and then say that's enough time for MJ to give himself whatever they claim that killed him!

TMZ r saying the defense informed the judge they no longer r going to claim MJ DRANK IT , because they found no evidence to support this theory ; there is no evidence oral propofol could be fatal ,

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer announced in court this AM that Murray is abandoning the argument that Michael Jackson accidentally killed himself by orally self-administering Propofol.

Michael Flanagan said in court today that an independent study by the defense showed swallowing Propofol would not produce fatal results.

Associated Press initially reported that Murray's lawyers were dropping the claim that MJ self-administered the fatal dose, but that is not accurate.

Lead lawyer, Ed Chernoff, said in opening statements that they would show MJ self-administered the drug. Chernoff can still argue that MJ injected the fatal dose after awakening and becoming frustrated.

SkyNews expert says Flanagan is wandering into a fairytale land and is making Murray look like a joke. :L

Oh, give it up Flanagan.

He is. All but called Murray a liar in his own interview. Like lying how long he was gone and the pulse readings.

Yeah, it's everyone's else fault for not calling 911, not the doctor with two freaking cell phones. God, what's wrong with these people?

Murray was too busy trying to save Michael with one hand and his other hand was under his back...so obviously he had no free hands to use either of his phones...oh wait wasn't that after he tried CPR on a person who had a pulse..bunch of idiots.

Ain't this some foolishness!!! But we already knew it cow caca. Now that someone is attacking Murray with his own words, they are ready to change his words. Incredible. Never seen anything like this in my life.

Yes, foolishness of parallel-universe-proportions.

"Omg can't believe what I saw when I turned on the tv this evening"...

Dr. Steinberg answers that he would have called 911, titled Michael's head up used the Ambu bag and injected the Flumazanil.

Flanagan: and then call 911.

Dr. Steinberg: I would of called 911 FIRST.

well, who cares if it takes 2 minutes to call 911 flan? Murray had time to go on the landing and holla at Michael Amir - so why didnt he have time to call 911? He had an iphone too? Put it on speaker, and use both hands on mj.....

Excellent testimony so far. I'm glad to be watching today.

now flan is speechless. haha
oh man, steinberg kills him.

Yessssss! Steinberg says he shoulda called 911 first, he had a cellphone...cellphone has speaker phone. SLAY HIM, Steinberg!!!

Yes, yes, that's the way Flan. Admit that Murray is a lying jerk who try to boosted himself as a hero in his own statement. I wonder if Murray is going to kill the lawyer for convincing him to talk to police.

Why is Flananangnana still standing there!?
i think he pissed in his pants, and dont want to sit down, cause everyone will see it. :D

but hey, i could watch this for hours. its a lot of fun listen to steinberg.

he would cool off in 26 mins..had no blood pressure, would say can't make the assessment the paramedics made that he was already dead 20-30 mins before they came.

No doubt in his mind if he had called the paramedics straight away he would still have been alive.

Flanagan: You say that if Murray had called 911 first that Michael Jackson would still be alive today?

Dr. Steinberg: Yes.

Flanagan: and there's no doubt in your mind about that?

Dr. Steinberg: No.

Ok I see where the defence is going if Murray was wrong about his timings it wouldn't be negligence.

But Stein saying there was a clear delay in him calling the paramedics, and listing the other things he's guilty of and he is responsible

The term 'clutching at straws' is an understatement right now. Give up Flanagan!
