Whooo! Hee Hee Hee!!!
You doin' wrong!! You doin' wrong!!! 'Gon lock you up...before too long!!!!
WHO'S BAD????!!!!!
Michael, that's who. You think he's going to let anyone kick him out of Neverland?? Please! This is Michael Jackson and he'll bust your ass!!!!
A few months ago, the Gloved One was in danger of losing his fabled home where he made so many sleepover children happy with his concoction of 'Jesus Juice.' For a second, it seemed that even Mr. Thriller was susceptible to the housing crisis going on all over the country. TMZ.com reported that Michael was behind more than $23 million on his mortgage. It seemed that the magic was over, and Michael blamed it on the boogie.
But the Get-Down Gods remembered this is Michael Jackson!
So now, through the magic of refinancing, Mike gets to keep his property and show more deserving youth his unreal acres of the childhood he has always complained about not having.

Michael Jackson Loses “Pets” To Animal Sanctuary
Michael Jackson’s been going THROUGH it lately. Ecorazzi reported last week that the fallen King Of Pop will probably lose his ranch and now it looks like he can wave goodbye to the ***** Jungle too.![]()
Page Six is reporting that Voices of the Wild Foundation, a non-profit animal sanctuary in Page, Ariz., has adopted the bulk of *****’s zoo — including four giraffes, nine parrots and three giant pythons. Jackson’s two caymans and two anacondas will join the crew in a few months.
Currently the animals are living in a temporary set up (New Yorkers-think of it like subletting in Far Rockaway) but VWG recently announced plans to build a multimillion-dollar, 186-acre wildlife preserve that will house Michael’s critters, as well as a slew of other needy creatures.
It was reported that the animals arrived “in good condition, with no signs of mistreatment” and the foundation is even letting Jackson visit his ex-pets whenever he’d like. Preserve manager Marc Chandler said: “It’s not that he gave them up because he didn’t want animals anymore. It was a financial situation and they were caught in the middle of it. Michael is welcome to be a part of their lives.”
While I’m happy the animals went to a sanctuary and not Paris Hilton’s mini animal mansion, I feel bad for the guy. Losing a pet’s a big deal, and I can’t imagine how hard it must be saying goodbye to like a billion of them. So feel better Michael, and here’s to better times!

Day 112 What the media don't show about Michael Jackson the business man –
Guitar Hero: The Beatles (I want you so bad)
Chad Sapieha, March 18, 2008 at 11:02 AM EDT
According to an online report from the Los Angeles Times, Sony/ATV Music Publishing would consider bringing The Beatles’ music to Activision’s popular Guitar Hero games.
"It's something we have talked about and something I'd like to pursue," the article quoted CEO Martin N. Bandier as saying.
The comment may seem surprising, given Sony/ATV’s history of closely guarding digital distribution of The Beatles’ catalogue. However, the recordings that appear in Guitar Hero games are not simple MP3 files. That means they cannot be easily accessed outside the game, which goes long way toward alleviating the music industry’s fears of piracy.
The article does not provide Activision’s reaction to Bandier’s comment. However, with last month's announcement that the next game in the franchise will focus on the music of a single band.
It seems plausible that the game publisher might at least consider paying the same respect to one of the most popular groups of all time.

Something For The Weekend?
LEIBER & STOLLER
Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller formed one of the most successful and influential writing teams of the 1950s and 1960s. Their compositions told stories, their melodies were illustrious and their lyrics were at once witty and playful. Leiber and Stollers' ability to meld unconventional uses of strings, Latin rhythms, and saxophone riffs with catchy top lines allowed them introduce new Soul and R&B concepts to the pop music of that era.
Sony/ATV are proud to have acquired the rights to license tracks from Leiber and Stoller's remarkable catalogue.
Ben E. King - "Stand By Me"
Few tracks can claim to have the classic iconic status of “Stand By Me”. Based on a 1955 Gospel song by the Staples Singer, this version was first released in 1960 and went straight to #4 in the US charts and to #27 in the UK charts. 26 years later it had a revival when used as the theme to the film of the same named starring River Phoenix and charted once again in the US at #9 and in the UK at #1. Noteworthy covers of this track include a version recorded by Muhammed Ali in 1964 when he as the heavyweight boxing champ and a version recorded by John Lennon in 1975
The Clovers - "Love Potion No. 9"
While The Searchers 1965 version of “Love Potion No. 9” may be the most renown, having entered the US Billboard charts at #3; we’ve decided to showcase the original version by The Clovers. The comical narration tells the tale of a man who accepts a love potion from a gypsy woman and starts kissing everyone in sight, including a cop who then breaks his potion.
The Coasters - "Poison Ivy"
"Poison Ivy" was first recorded by The Coasters in 1959 and stayed at #1 for a month on the R&B chart. This droll track tells the story of a girl named Ivy who because of her reputation as a player is called Poison. There are a number of existing interpretations of this track, including a weird and wonderful version by Manfred Man, a ska version by The Lambrettas and a hip hop version by The Young & Restless. The Rolling Stones had a go at it in 63’ and Linda McCartney recorded a version in 87’. The song was also a massive hit for Australian Group Billy Thorpe & The Aztecs in 1964; so much so that it was able to knock The Beatles off the #1 spot.
Nancy Sinatra & Lee Hazelwood - "Jackson"
"Jackson" is about an unhappy couple who plan to move to Jackson, Tennessee in order to reignite the sparks in the relationship. Johnny Cash and June Carter won a Grammy Award in 1968 for their recording of the song. Johnny Cash also sang it with Miss Peggy on The Muppet Show. More recently you may have seen this track performed by Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon in the 2005 film 'Walk The Line'. The recording we've featured is Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazelwood's 1967 version.
Peggy Lee - "I'm A Woman" & "Tango"
Peggy Lee and Leiber & Stoller had a number of ingenious collaborations. The sassy "I'm A Woman" was a Grammy nominated single in 1962 and upon hearing Peggy’s powerful and sumptuous delivery it’s not hard to see why. The sultry "Tango" is broken into several parts; beginning with a straightforward tango, it then features spoken words and lastly the listener is met with a slow and spooky piano topped by Miss Lee’s floating vocals. The sound is Tarantino-esque and its haunting quality will remind you of Nancy Sinatra's "Bang Bang".
Smokey Joe's Cafe Cast - "Keep On Rollin'" & "Teach Me How To Shimmy"
Smokey Joe's Cafe is a 1990's musical theatrical revue showcasing 39 pop standards all written by Leiber & Stoller. The musical was nominated for seven Tony Awards and the Original Broadway Cast soundtrack won a Grammy in 1995. Both "Keep On Rollin'" and "Teach Me How To Shimmy" epitomise Leiber and Stoller's ability to create stories with their compositions. "Keep On Rollin" sounds like a moving train trudging along and contains all of the optimism of heading somewhere new and upon listening to the rock 'n' roll "Teach Me How To Shimmy" you won't be able to help attempt your best interpretation of the 60’s swing.
Elvis Presley - "Love Me"
Elvis' interpreted 'Love Me' differently to how Leiber and Stoller expected but they were pleasantly surprised with his heartfelt version. His vocals have the quality of a drunken warble thus creating the perfect serenade for a pleading love song. After the success of 'Love Me', Leiber & Stoller began writing tracks specifically for Elvis, such as the score for his feature films Love Me Tender and Jailhouse Rock.
