MJStarlight?!!!

Shay was on here everyday. She was on there playing the games the same time as me. Last I heard from her was Tuesday of this week. Her facebook is gone and she is not active on youtube, so I am concerned.

She was a constant on here everyday, just like on facebook.

Shay, please let us know you are ok.
 
Perhaps we need to look into having buddy circles for fans, with links between those who are regularly online so that we can keep in touch with each other properly. Not sure how this would work...any ideas?

I recall I visited her Facebook page on Wednesday afternoon, around 3pm. I'd seen an update to her wall in my news feed earlier that day. It was a link to a YouTube video, I think. Some time later the page went missing... :unsure: Let us know how you are, OK?

The times I mention are Finland's time (GMT+2).

I wish I had her number. She made me bracelets in October, but like I said, she wished me a Happy Thanksgiving.

Aside to the group -- does anyone know if people sometimes disable their Facebook accounts completely if they are going away for a few days? Is that something that occurs? Since hers has disappeared completely...
 
I have never heard of disabling facebooks for going away. Most people just leave them alone and come back and check them when they are home.

Maybe she doesn't have internet any longer and it was a sudden thing that she didn't plan on? Or maybe she went traveling for Thanksgiving? With it being the holidays I'm not TOO worried about her...but I am worried all at the same time because it is so unlike her to just leave and not say anything to anyone.

I suppose no one has her personal email or phone number or anything then? I don't want to pry but just to let her know we are all thinking of her and here if she needs us!

Hi Jemini,

I for one, when I go away for a week, I never disable my facebook. I mean, it's just me, but I don't see the reason for doing it.

UPDATED: Reghead has told us on Facebook that she has Shayla's email address and will try to get in touch. Hopefully see you soon Shayla! MJJC is not the same without you, but I understand if you are stressed and need a break. LOVE!!

Hmmmm I don´t like the last posts of Shay.... she was in pain... and the day 25th was felt with sadness for Mj.... she took painkillers.. and she read BillieJean posts about not being allright.... I think this despair toughts can be countagious for some people. Please people, be safe. We must love ourself as much as we love others, we must respect our body that is the sacred recipient of our soul. Life is a gift, a precious gifth that the Lord gave us to preserve and not to destroy. MJ wanted to live so much... also think about that, about how sad he is if you harm yourselves. Do you see how much people fight for living with so many hurt and sickness and still wanna live with all their strenghts? Don't spoil the health you have, the life so many wanted to have.
I don't know what happened with you Shay, but.. I had to say this to relief my conscience and it isn't for you only.. it is for you all that feel empty. Don't feel empty... feel blessed, look around you and if you don't see.. dream about it.. and fight and you will have. Who said life had to be easy?? DARE TO DREAM. Dare to share, dare to seek for, dare to live with the hardness of days because it is when we look back to our life, in the future, that we see what we reached and what it worth.

I was also worried about Shay's last posts. I pray that she comes back and reads this if she is struggling or if she's just away from the net then I hope she comes back soon and reads this and feels loved. xx Was her facebook a personal one? If someone has contact with a mutual friend that might know where she is... ?

We must love each other through this..
 
I hadn't read Shayla's last posts here, so I didn't know she was in pain... I've read your comments, so now I'm more worried than I was originally, given it's the Thanksgiving holiday... I read on Facebook that you can close the account temporarily too, so that's what I thought Shayla did till she gets back from her holiday. :unsure: But I really don't know how many use that option. I still think (hope) that she's on holiday and will be back soon. It will not hurt to say a little :pray: though. Stay safe! I hope Reghead will hear back from Shayla soon!
 
I've just sent her a message through Twitter...she hasn't been there since November 23rd but her account is still there.
I hope she maybe gets a notification on her emailaddress, and I've also emailed the address that's on her Flickr account.

Hope that works!
 
I've only just seen this thread, this really is very worrying. She is such a lovely lovely girl. I'm hoping it's just that she decided to take a break from the online world for a bit, maybe?
