OMG AHAHAHAHA.
I'm sure he just said "Ohhhh~" but it does sound like there's a "FFF" in there right? :lol: I think it's the little soundeffect/music whatever it's called that makes it sound that way. Butomg, now that you've mentioned it, I'm going to start thinkin about it sounding like "F****ck" whenever I hear the song, oh dear. :mello::hysterical: What a nice touch to such a beautiful song, LOL.

The new single has also landed in at No.12 on the Official UK Airplay Charts, accounting for over 30 million listeners.

Both pre-orders for the new ‘Michael’ album and new single ‘Hold My Hand’ have landed the top spot with one of the UK’s biggest retailers HMV coming in at No.1.

What's that about? HMH is currently #124 in Finnish iTunes.. :(

It peaked at #2 though. Hopefully it will go up again after the video release :angel:
 
guys we should get together pick one radio and request at the same time, for example if 10 of us request hold my hand on kiss fm online or call there a better its get airplay
we can request in different cities and countries
 
Bad News:

One of Toronto's most popular radio stations Virgin Radio 99.9 is not playing Hold My Hand at all. Last week they had a "pump it or dump it" night for HMH and the majority of listeners dumped the song. It didn't go over well at all so now the station isn't playing it whatsoever. It's a very popular station here in Toronto. I can't understand why they would have such a negative reaction. It's not a bad song, even if your not a MJ fan.

are there other popular stations in toronto other than virgin radio smooth? another thing for almost 2 years straight radio been dominated by electro or uptempo pop music people are used to this kind of music and hold my hand is something different

The media already discovered that a long time ago. Nobody really cares. It's understandable seeing as MJ is no longer with us. If Mj was here and albe to record new material he could afford to be picky.


Plus the estate has handwritten notes from MJ stating that he wanted this to be the first single from his next album. Imagine the media hysteria if Sony ignored MJ's wishes about MJ's first post humous album.

I have to say i'm not into the conspiracy theories or anything but i don't really believe there was a hand written note, i mean why on earth would he write a note saying this, it's not like it is a classic Michael song, it doesn't seem plausible that he would want a song that has more Akon than him on it. I just don't believe it.

I would be shocked if there was ever such a note, infact i have no doubt that HMH would have been on an Akon album had Michael still been with us, just listen to it, it is an Akon song and was written for Akon.

I know :D Im incredibly happy too!!!!

Its currently at #4 in Sweden Itunes, #10 Denmark Itunes and #9 Norway Itunes!

I think tomorrow, at least in Sweden, we will get the single chart for HMH for week 47
