Preliminary Hearing 6/1/11 Day Three. Discussion thread

I'm not allowed in the case section for awhile so that's why I'm asking jrsfan to post this for me.

It is information from a medical professional who has spoken with several people who have firsthand knowledge of the investigation. This professional has credentials to work with coroners and investigating teams. And has stated themself that these charges need to be murder.

"I with everything I am want this to be a trial for Murray facing Murder in CA superior court."

ps: don't know if the info he/she gives will come during prelims or not

 
And what is this?

What if scenario.... that if gave that medication at 10 am, and at noon, the patient stopped breathing you would not expect that it was the medication that caused it would you?

Thats when they talk about propofol... Could it be the defense will eventually claim Murray gave MJ propofol at 10:00?

It would make sense if you look at the phone records... The first action is from 10:22, so maybe he gave MJ propofol around 10 and then went on to make a bunch of calls, only to return at 12:00???
 
he said he doesnt know when mj went under but before had said to paramedic that it happened only a minute before 911 call?????

Just another one of those mind blowing things. He gives benzos and a boatload of medications but doesn't note anywhere what was given?? Supposedly all night long??

Any responsible medical professional would grab a sticky note, write it down and add it to the chart later- just so you don't accidentally mess up.

Wonder how he would have charted that later? Good God.

- Chernoff asks if it's possible to retrieve text messages and voice messages. Expert says yes but he's not an expert and not familiar with the process.

What would make this more interesting is to see if Murray called that often the days before 25 June...

Was his habit to phone and txt that often so it happened just on that day? If s, then I guess it would be problematic...
 
Murray is going down. we can all see it but will it be for murder like we want? All signs point to No. Murray will get the 4 years like every other doctor who does wrong because he is a public figure. I hate reading this shit but i want murray to get whats coming to him and it better be a heightened charge.

If you had known that Dr. Murray had been giving Michael Jackson propofol all this time, that would not have made and difference as to the medical treatment you had given him? No.
 
I gotta say - that whole "I don't know the time" hooey reminds of Janet Arvizo from 2005. Bleh!
 
he had two cellphones, but hadn't got a watch and didn't know what time it was? how much more fiing lies we're about to hear?

yes he gives the police a long ass list of all the exact times he gave the medications a few days later. a few days to create a story
 
So he had no watch to tell time but he was able to give exact times to the police of when he gave medications????

I didnt get a chance to read everything, but TMZ mentioned MJs weight "And this was interesting. Cooper says MJ weighed 136 lbs." can someone explain pls

Yep, me too, when I saw that he "didn't have a watch" I just thought, right, there were no watches at Neverland either.

This was confirmed by Dr. Cooper.
She also said CM hadn't given enough lorazepam (I hope I am right in the name of this drug) according to MJ size. Check Ivy's updates ;)

don't think they'll change the charge to murder. they need prove murray had intent to cause someone's death.

but, i definitely see his behaviors were more than negligence. will there be any chance to up the charge to voluntary manslaugter?

yes that's what I thought too. "the Murray didn't inject the fatal dose theory".
But :
he left while MJ was under, had no equipment
why so many lies and changes of timeline???
why such a delay in calling 911 (knew MJ was gone )
why cover up ?? (or try to cover up)

????
 
Not sure how the weight was interesting. Either they thought he weighed less, or they thought he would've weight more. either way: it was already know for months, as it was in the autopsy report....



Could it be Murray gave MJ propofol at 10:00?
So all the calls were made when MJ was already 'under' (asleep)?
 
People are suppose to believe there were no phones or clocks in that big house? This is too much.
 
Can someone tell me what time the ambulance arrived to the hospital?

I know the ambulance arrived at 12:26 to Michaels home.

Dr Cooper gave the EMTs permission to pronounce Michael dead at 12:57 but Murray told them no.

At 1:22 someone felt a pulse but not Dr Cooper herself. WHO felt the pulse? Murray at the house or someone at the hospital?

I really wanna know because if it was Murray who felt a pulse at 1:26 at the house, then it means it had gone nearly one hour since the EMTs had arrived and then all of a sudden after one hour he feels a pulse?

How long did they work on him solely at the hospital???

Let's hope charges will be increased.

As Dr. Cooper testified if not closely monitored, the patient dies if administered propofol in big amounts

Let's not forget, the oxygen tank was empty (AR p 30).

Yeah, Murray just went by psychism. You know, he didn't know where the address was, nor did he have a watch to know when would be a good time to show up for work- about every day. It was calculating of "well, let's see, sun's about to set, let's drive over to that house with the unknown address."

That stuff is horrifyingly illogical, it hurts.
 
They worked on MJ 1:26 at the hospital.

According to Murray MJ died at 12:18. The nurse at the radio bay wanted to call it at 12:57, but apparently Murray didnt want to (claimed he had felt a pulse), so MJ went to the hospital. They worked on MJ for 1:26 until it was called at 02:26.

There was a rumor someone had felt a pulse (a nurse at the hospital), but that wasn't confirmed.
