It was not a gift (let's tell the truth here), she got money for those kids and then she was trying to sue Michael because she could afford the best lawyers just like him. If it was a gift why did she take money for those kids? I am happy that Debbie seems turning to a better person now. I am happy that Mike has this magic and power in his death to change ppl’s souls. Debbie is going through a very deep grieving process which is normal when ppl feel that something they did not do right in their life. God bless her that it is happening to her. I am sure she is going to be a better person after all. I do not hate Debbie but I do not feel sorry for her either.
It was a gift and she should have taken the money, and sued him for it too, if they had an agreement.
Debbie seemed to do anything and everything Michael wanted. It went beyond money for her because her family has money.
She was willing to have his children WITHOUT marriage. But for legal and moral reasons, Michael made the choice they would get married. So they got married.
When the babies were born, Michael took total control of them. She's still in the hospital, and he grabs their child and takes her immediately home. Because that is what Michael wanted. When Lisa Marie wanted back into his life and was traveling the world with him, Debbie grinned and accepted it. That was some kind of humiliation for any woman to bear, real marriage or not. Then when it was learned Debbie could not have any more children, the marriage was over because that was what Michael wanted.
It's been shown that when Michael moves on from a relationship, he moved on. Many of the suits against him have stemmed from people who thought they were close to MJ, and then when the relationship was over, he didn't have anything more to do with them.
Sometimes it seemed folks took negative actions just to get his attention,ala, Jermaine's "word to the bad".
All in all, Debbie Rowe proved again and again her loyality to MJ. She was instrumental in swaying those jurors to Michael's innocence. When Bashir crucified him, it was Debbie front and center defending him. She NEVER publicly bad mouthed Michael ala Quincy, LaToya and many others. She in fact helped him.
She proved her devotion to him over and over. If at some point, she felt totally slighted, I can see her reacting negatively. She was human. She doesn't need to be a "better person" relative to Michael.
