Crazy that I'm waiting for tickets right now. I was supposed to be leaving this coming Friday for London. Remember a couple of months ago when we were all stressing about "will my ticks get here in time?!", etc. Now, gee, I'm just not in a big rush. In fact, I think it might break my heart even more if I actually got them before next weekend. I can't imagine sitting here with a ticket that says A1 row G, Aug 30th. :cry:

As for refunds, someone said they hadn't gotten theirs yet. Well, I did my ticket & refund requests with TM and Viagogo on Aug 3rd and got both the refunds (credit card & paypal) mid-week this past week, so that was about 10 days later if that helps.

i got all my refunds but kept one ticket,still havn,t had mine yet either,they said when they give you the option for ticket,the end of august,we are in the end of august,and not one person i know of has their ticket,tm are just taking the p..s

Can't say I am shocked in the slightest about no one having their tix yet. God knows when the tix will be sent out... Yet again no info from ticketmaster/aeg....

has anyone rang tm recently about them,i can,t ring as my husband is at work and because they were purchased on his card,tm will only speak to the card holder,would anyone else be kind enougth to ring them and see what they say,

Just called them, he said they're being dispatched late August/early September and we will get a dispatch email when they're being posted out. Make of that what you will lol.

I spoke to o2 customer service, they spoke to the box office and told me that tickets are ready and will be mailed within the next 2 weeks, they will be posted by show date order so the 13th July concert tickets will be mailed first

well atleast we know a little bit of what is going on, it's gonna be Great! but also so incredibly upsetting at the same time when i get my tickets, and see the date and the BK number and Row Number and...Oh this isn't right:sad:

Yeah still waiting, how long have they had our money now. £75 for a piece of paper. AEG just win all round don't they.

thats sad :(
i managed to persuade my mum to get 2 tickets and refunds for the rest.
its awful knowing how happy i should have been when i opened them, and how sad im gonna be instead.
its not right :'(

Yeah but on the phone they also told me that they don't think the tickets will have the rows and seat numbers printed on them. They think that these tickets are differentthan what they would have been because they are souvenir tickets.

The customer service woman thought I was stupid for a long time by trying to Convince me that some people have received tickets already, before I told her that there is a 50 page thread on a michael Jackson Internet forum where no fans have received ticket.

btw on the other hand viagogo let me down by giving me a voucher instead of a partial cash refund and ticket. Now I am stuck with a £189 ticket voucher, they say I will receive my ticket too. It's unfortunate that viagogo didn't log my request for the ticket and partial cash refund properly, they lied and ignored my phone call messages and emails.

Although my concert date was on July 16th, your right, it is just awful, when I get my tickets they'll just be ready to be framed and on my wall, instead of thinking.... Oh YES!! I'm going to see Michael!!!

They will come quicker than you think now there are no shows to go to. Not everyone will of picked the ticket option & it won't be the case of sending the tickets out near to the time of the show. Unfortunately.

Well customer services don't know their arse from their elbows. If they don't have the seat numbers etc. on then they are not tickets, just a fancy bit of card. Randy Phillips did say they would have the info on, if it turn out they don't i will be contacting watchdog & asking for a refund.

I wouldn't listen to customer services too much though, they really don't have a clue. Also when i e-mailed the o2 (when we were all waiting for tix before MJ's death) i asked if the tickets were going to be pic tix, they e-mailed me back saying yes they were, so we would of been getting pic tix anyway.

I dont understand? I thought they said they'd be the actual tickets we would have received, so with the date and seat number etc. I'll be really disappointed if they don't have all that on them!

I received an e-mail from a head honcho about three weeks ago (my e-mail was forwarded on by the company who made the memorial programs) & he said yes we would be getting the programs. Also BBC radio 6 did an interview with Randy Phillips & he said we would be getting the programs. A couple of people have asked Viagogo & they have said yes too, so hopefully we have a very good chance of getting the programs.

In reference to previous posts, the tickets ARE NOT souvenir ones. They are the ones you would have received for the shows. On the front will be the lenticular image and on the back would be the artist name, venue, seat numbers etc. Source = Randy Phillips, CEO of AEG Live.
