Murray Trial - 7 October - Day 9 - Discussion

what were the detectives thinking when they believed this asshole everything he said?! Seriously, no critical questions nothing just chernoffs editorial remarks SMDH
why woul
d they be believing him. they were letting murray talk. did his own grave

One of the biggest things to come out of this interview is him telling the detectives that he only left MJ's side for 2 mins - and in that time is he supposed to have suddenly woken up, taken 8 lorazepam pills and down some propofol and stop breathing all in 2 mins? **** off Murray.

Big inconsistency with the story the defence are now putting forward and big inconsistency with the evidence.

I really really REALLY feel that in a case where someone is charged with murder/manslaughter, they should HAVE TO testify and be subject to questioning.

How will the prosecution be able to address the many lies and inconsistencies and examples of negligent care if they can't directly question Murray? What if there are jurors who believe everything is kosher in this interview and that Murray was a great and helpful doc and they don't realize the lies and things that make no sense?

How can u withdrawal from any drug after 3 days? That's what he was saying about Propofol and what might have happen to MJ and why he couldn't not sleep after he tried to wean him off it? If ur addicted to a drug and stop u will feel that withdraw quickly within hrs wouldn't u? Not 3 days later!

it was in the urine in the jug but could that have been from days earlier as doesnt it clear the system rapidly so would leave the system the next time you urinate?

Murray implicated himself right at the end of that recording. He said he felt sorry for mj not being able to sleep and said he gave propofol to him as a last resort so he could get 2 HOURS sleep. When he was talking previously about the dose of propofol he gave at 10.40ish he said it was only 25mg and would put him out for 15 mins.

Did he say he gave Michael mouth to mouth but when Alberto testified he said Murray told him he never did it before? This is all too much. I am worried about this.

If Mj was addicted to Propofol in no way would he have been able to sleep without it two days before he died when he according to Murray wasn't given it to him. No way was he going into withdrawl either because he would have never fell asleep without it if he was addicted to it in the first place! So what the hell Murray!?

the pros have to lay out all those lies in their closing speech or point them out after the tape finishes?.go through the most obvious lies with scott smith

Quick question...So the taping was Murray and the police...Chernoff etc was not present?

That interview is something else...I don't even know where to start. I'm glad it ended, I'm not sure if I could have stood another minute of that BS!

Seriously, ever have those moments you just can't actually believe we're here, doing this? Major one right now. SMDH. This is beyond sad.

Screw you Murray!

did the interview finish or did the judge just call time?

How can a doctor have never done CPR? I find that hard to believe..surely that would be part of their training at some stage of their studies.

Wait..So Chernoff was the one asking those questions?...That is a bit odd no..

Called time for the day, as apparently its a jewish holiday and so they were going to break early today.

Wait..So Chernoff was the one asking those questions?...That is a bit odd no..

No the Police were asking questions, but he was by Murrays side and kept adding his comments in

Wait?! Did Murray say on that tape that the reason why he did not call 911 was because he would then have to explain what happen....OMG!

It´s time to stop this trial and for Murray to plead guilty.
I´ll never understand why he didn´t take care of Michael.

Well certainly not to defend Murray in any way but in reality, most doctors have never had to do CPR. If they're working in a clinical/hospital setting, if someone arrests and CPR is required, it's going to be a nurse or some other member of the healthcare team who's going to be doing the CPR for it's the doctor's responsibility to direct the code/resuscitation; direct the nurses which meds to give IV push, direct lab techs to draw blood and what tests to run, consult with specialists as needed (eg: surgeon, cardiologist or whatever is appropriate based on the patient's history/issues), perform procedures that only the doc could perform (insert a central line, etc). I have been involved in many a code and I can tell you with all honesty that it is never a doctor who is doing CPR/ventilations/pushing the IV drugs, etc. So that being said, I'm not surprised at all that Murray has never done CPR.
