Eddie Jones is like Oxman, BS
I was hoping Bryan Oxman was wrong when he said the prelims didn't seem to be ready.
The only way I will be satisfied with this delay is if their are some SERIOUS truth about to unfold, meaning some SERIOUS charges.
If not, then BS.
TMZ updates
12:44 PM PT -- A preliminary hearing date has been set for January 4.
12:40 PM PT -- The prosecutor is arguing there have been issues with witness availability.
12:35 PM PT -- Michael's parents, Joe and Katherine Jackson, are seated in the first row. There are about 15 fans/non-media members in attendance.
Oxman may not be the best lawyer, but he is not wrong about EVERYTHING.
He told us this may happen, that prelim did not seem ready and seemed like it would be pushed back again. But some just called him stupid when he said that.
My sig isn't insulting unless somewhere here is doing work for sony, aeg, or the estate. Then I would understand.
most of us here thought the prelim was today. even those with close ties to the investigation, thought the prelim was today. the media is manipulating everyone.
He probably entered the back of the building.

Dr. Conrad Murray's legal team was just granted a request to get fluid samples of Michael Jackson as part of their defense in his involuntary manslaughter trial.
As we first reported, Dr. Murray's lawyers want to re-test some of the fluids to determine the accuracy level of the Propofol found in Jackson's body.
During the hearing, a preliminary trial date was set for January 4.

The preliminary hearing is set for January 4, 2011. The judge will review evidence and decide if the case will go to court.

I do not understand, does that mean that they can challenge the autopsy? why not have asked in April, yet it is the primary evidence of his guilt ? it seems that they want to gain time. U.S. laws are very complicated for me, why not come to trial once the case is ready? it put a strain on my nerves.
its normal and what happens. they will get thier own experts who will say what they want them to say. its normal to get info like this and have your own expert look at it. they want to confuse the jury and put doubt in their mind. but considering murrays says mj or someone else did it then it shouldnt matter to him what they levels areI do not understand, does that mean that they can challenge the autopsy

Product Description
Geraldine Hughes comes forth to set the record straight about what really happened behind the scenes in the 1993 child molestation case against Michael Jackson.
In Redemption: The Truth Behind the Michael Jackson Child Molestation Allegations, Hughes reveals facts that have never been made public, court documented information, public statements and records that she insists prove Jackson’s innocence. The chapters unfold by revealing the key players, highlighting the events leading up to the allegation and giving a thorough description of the legal activities that led Jackson’s attorney to settle the case. Redemption is a modern-day mystery that requires a chapter-by-chapter unfolding for all the facts to be known and to redeem an innocent man’s character from the cloud of guilt that has been hanging over his head since 1993. Justice can only be served after the truth is told.

They want to test the fluids to see if the propofol levels found in Michael's fluids matches up with what the autopsy says so basically yes.
