23 August 2010 Hearing-All discussion here

Re: Prelim tomorrow-All discussion here

scum that leached off mj.

Re: Prelim tomorrow-All discussion here

Eddie Jones is like Oxman, BS

Oxman may not be the best lawyer, but he is not wrong about EVERYTHING.

He told us last month this may happen, that the prelim did not seem ready and seemed like it would be pushed back again. But some just called him stupid when he said that.

Re: Prelim tomorrow-All discussion here

btw, did anyone else hear Eddie Jones saying they will be back in court on October 23 and then in January? What's going to happen on Oct 23?

Re: Prelim tomorrow-All discussion here

I was hoping Bryan Oxman was wrong when he said the prelims didn't seem to be ready.

The only way I will be satisfied with this delay is if their are some SERIOUS truth about to unfold, meaning some SERIOUS charges.

If not, then BS.

Your siggy is insulting. And if you want to go and listen to Oxman go right ahead but keep in mind those are brain cells you won't be able to use again

Re: court hearing august 23rd-Updates Only

TMZ updates

12:44 PM PT -- A preliminary hearing date has been set for January 4.

12:40 PM PT -- The prosecutor is arguing there have been issues with witness availability.

12:35 PM PT -- Michael's parents, Joe and Katherine Jackson, are seated in the first row. There are about 15 fans/non-media members in attendance.

What does preliminary hearing physically mean? It is like today? Right? It is not a trial day yet? Thank you.
I like what the guy from civil rights organization said about bringing this case to Federal court. God bless everybody who supported Jackson's family today beside the court room. God bless fans who were there.

Dr. Conrad Murray Scores Legal Win

31 minutes ago by TMZ Staff
Dr. Conrad Murray's legal team was just granted a request to get fluid samples of Michael Jackson as part of their defense in his involuntary manslaughter trial.

[ACTUALLY I'LL EDIT OUT HIS PICTURE]

As we first reported, Dr. Murray's lawyers want to re-test some of the fluids to determine the accuracy level of the Propofol found in Jackson's body.

During the hearing, a preliminary trial date was set for January 4.

Today, it was a hearing to set a prelim. date (see the CNN article).

Oxman told BS. He was saying that the DA didn't return docs to murray's lawyers. For him, the prelim. hearing was today

The scumbag don't even know to file motions properly

Re: Prelim tomorrow-All discussion here

My sig isn't insulting unless somewhere here is doing work for sony, aeg, or the estate. Then I would understand why it would make one feel "hurt".

most of us here thought the prelim was today. even those with close ties to the investigation, thought the prelim was today. the media is manipulating everyone.

Re: Prelim tomorrow-All discussion here

you know... this eddi jones person, his &*#(&$(* comments about 'best is yet to come' and this woman by his side, who once upon a time wrote book about MJJ (like thousands of ppl around the world), those singings, clapping, imposters, fans arguing with each other and Murray's pic on tmz site and his 'ok' sign... this looks like circus! Maybe from my point of view it looks like that, but I am just so ticked up! It all feels just not right :(
I knew it'd end this way: surprise, surprise - there was no hearing, only the date was set. Just before hearing a friend of mine send me link to radaronline, before even Mrs. Jackson entered the courtroom, they wrote the date will be set for January. I mean: why do you even bother to set the date to set the other date...
Aggrr... sorry for the chaos here, I've got thousands thoughts in my mind right now. And I am just so sad... :(

Re: Prelim tomorrow-All discussion here

I don't understand this special treatment. Why can't he enter and leave through the front door??? what a circus. god help us.

It was discussed after the last hearing, that there would be another date to set the date for prelim, with many members/media speculating that the trial most likely would not even get started until sometime next year.

I do not understand, does that mean that they can challenge the autopsy:scratch:? why not have asked in April, yet it is the primary evidence of his guilt ? it seems that they want to gain time. U.S. laws are very complicated for me, why not come to trial once the case is ready? it put a strain on my nerves.

Re: Prelim tomorrow-All discussion here

MJJNews
The preliminary hearing is set for January 4, 2011. The judge will review evidence and decide if the case will go to court.

It better do.

Us MJ fans, we're crazy remember...

Like he's going to be fair in that retest.....I wonder what he'll do to the fluids...

TIME STALLING! But for what? There is a reason for it.

Do they need time to take down more innocent people? :( Just a thought..... Are team Murray's secret spys still gathering more information?

I'm VERY curious to know what this time stalling is of.

its normal and what happens. they will get thier own experts who will say what they want them to say. its normal to get info like this and have your own expert look at it. they want to confuse the jury and put doubt in their mind. but considering murrays says mj or someone else did it then it shouldnt matter to him what they levels are

They want to test the fluids to see if the propofol levels found in Michael's fluids matches up with what the autopsy says so basically yes.

Re: Prelim tomorrow-All discussion here

ok.... this justice is just.... buuuu :ermm:
it's heartbreaking to see how little this "system" cares about victims and those in pain. They guy is all over in his vacations and just living his life and justice does.... what?

heartbreaking
:(

Re: Prelim tomorrow-All discussion here

:( Don't even know what to say. Trying to keep the faith...its hard. Lets just hope the delay benefits the prosecution. No matter what Murrays team 'tests' for, it can't cover up any of the nasty shit he carried out.

So much unfairness, and injustice. :(

That was Geraldine Hughes, who wrote Redemption.

http://www.amazon.com/Redemption-Michael-Jackson-Molestation-Allegations/dp/1576880362

Product Description

Geraldine Hughes comes forth to set the record straight about what really happened behind the scenes in the 1993 child molestation case against Michael Jackson.

In Redemption: The Truth Behind the Michael Jackson Child Molestation Allegations, Hughes reveals facts that have never been made public, court documented information, public statements and records that she insists prove Jackson’s innocence. The chapters unfold by revealing the key players, highlighting the events leading up to the allegation and giving a thorough description of the legal activities that led Jackson’s attorney to settle the case. Redemption is a modern-day mystery that requires a chapter-by-chapter unfolding for all the facts to be known and to redeem an innocent man’s character from the cloud of guilt that has been hanging over his head since 1993. Justice can only be served after the truth is told.

I don't know. But something inside me is telling me that isn't the truth.

Somehow I see this as a way to make him look innocent, like he REALLY doesn't know he pushed an entire bottle of propofol into Michael.

OR

He's not going to do a proper test, if you know what I mean.

Well who did the original testing? Impartial experts, that wouldn't 'make things up'.. so I don't get it, but whatever.. I suppose this is 'normal' procedure..

MJ is gone whatever the levels.

Yes of course I understand that, it's legal in every law system - but why to have waited so long time after to ask that ? They firstly tried to say that Michael did it and now they want to challenge autopsy results ? it seems to me that they don't have any defence system -
