They've just showed CCTV footage of Murray leaving the UCLA Medical Center on 4:38 pm (June 25 09)

Judge Pastor Thanked someone for getting the Projector to work and then Judge Pastor said, "I say Thanks You to (guys name) every night before I goes to sleep and every time when I wakes up in the morning." Then Judge Pastor said, "you're blushing" :lol:

What's up with Murray? For the last two days Murray looked like he's going to sink into that chair at any moment. He doesn't look as confident as he did last week. I wonder if his situation is finally dawning on him.
 
he spoke to faheem at the hospital. said it was a very brief discussion spoke to alberto the same. did he try to get any details of what happened. they just told him about what their roles were with mj. contact information. very brief. same with alberto. but he added he went up into the room and murray asked him to call 911
 
what was the last question he asked after alberto said he was asked to call 911

went to carolwood around 7pm
 
Murray left the hospital less than 10 mins after detectives arrived. He scarpered quickly out of there only to reenter at a diff part of the hospital.

Difference between death and homicide investigation show the stupidity of brian oxman etc 's statements practically immediately after death, saying mj died of inevitable drug overdose.
 
it was called a death investigation at first. ie a case because of possible natural causes. not a homicide. difference is u can see by the crime scene that a crime was committed ie gun shot wounds. coroners office was the lead agency at that time. LAPD assisted only. if it were a homicide case LAPD would have been in charge not coroners office. evidence was collected that day by fleek

his role at carolwood was to be an additional pair of eyes helping the LAPD photographer and there if fleek had any questions. LAPD concentrated on the bedroom mj was in. he was at carolwood till 21.30. left within 5-10 mins of fleek. the house was released at the request of the jacksons to the security that was there.
 
Did he just say that the Jacksons were the ones that requested that the house not to be sealed anymore? o_O So then why do they keep complaining about it not being sealed! smh

he attended the autopsy on the 26th didnt know the COD at that time. no. physical trauma nothing to help with the investigation. had to wait for toxis reports. it was still a death investigation at that point. he went back to carolwood on the 26th coroners office said ed winter had gone to carolwood and was given items by the family so he went there. he didnt know where the items were found. the items were. intially believed to be heroin (thank you latoya you *&%). it was rotten cannibis in a shaving kit. lotion fed ex envelope and other bits that were irrelevent. he found some empty prescription pill bottles in the bathroom.(the pills from the pic we just saw b4)
 
Murray looks so....sociopathic when he's sitting there. Absolutely no expression on his face at all, ever. He just seems so bored and unenthused, no emotion at all, like a robot. So weird.
 
26th spetember 2008 temazapan bottle in the shaving kit prescribed to omar by murray. (empty?) other empty bottles of valisone cream to omar, may 3 2009 by klien. loraz to mj april 2nd 2009 by murray. diazapan april 14th 09

He has emotions. He looked scared and worried to me. He's nowhere near as confident as he was last week.

I understood, based on what Smith stated, that the family requested that the residence be released to private security who was there at the residence.

the family first said it was tar heroin (believe it was latoya/her boyfriend manager)
but when they tested it they found out it was rotten marijuana

So how did this go..........LaToya had reported to police that there was what appeared to be tar heroin in MJ's shaving kit? Is that how that went down? So she was snooping around in his things?
