Holy shit, that jacket is incredible - Looks like something I easily could rock if it wasn't for that "leotard accessory".

Is there any more pictures of this outfit?

if you all had it your way Michael would be performing in the one suit he can never take off!

I LOVE the gold thong and the gold history outfit. im sure, no im POSITIVE that if we looked in each others closets we would find something in each ones that we hated and wondered what on earth they were thinking when they bought it... lol Give Mike a break. He has clothes i dislike but none of those are from any of his concerts before the Bad era lol.

Now THAT black leather photoshoot is what I'm talking about! Hot d*mn!

Looks like it's from the ITC time range, seems like I recall reading that he had worked out more than usual to get a little more muscle definition for the sleeveless white t-shirt in ITC; who knows if that's true but he looked fantastic irregardless. Wearing his hair back just seems to bring out/accentuate his eyes and shows his beautifully defined jaw line.

Better back out of this thread, I'm getting way too personal now-
 
Well a good reason behind people not favoring the gold thong, or the gold suit as much because sum of us are straight guys!! No offense but I don't think many straight guys jump for joy when they see MJ rockin that odd gold thing during the Dangerous tours. As for the gold costume from the HIStory tours, it isn't that bad but it's a lil form fitting and could have been a little baggier. Tighter clothes, costumes always give people a more feminine look, as it does for MJ too.

And yes the Oxford outfit.......odd, and i'm not a fan of. I'm not sure if i'm right, but I do like the outfit he wore at Exeter?

I'm straight and i like the gold costume from the history tour. I actually don't like the way mike looks in baggier clothes because it hides the movements and you can't see his dance moves as accurately.

the thonge thing though just made him look too girly.

you probably think that tight clothes equals feminine because of today's trends but it wasn't always like that. look at billie jean or beat it. the pants weren't baggy and it doesn't look femine at all. it's when the pants are tight around the calves and ankles that it ends up looking girly like the black leotard outfit on the previous page. or when it's skin tight. michael hsould never wear anything skintight.

what does being straight bi or gay have 2do with anything? Its not like ur watching the performance to gawk @ his clothing. Ur watching it to see the master @ work. And because his costume was form fitting you as a straight guy feel that thats feminine and he cud of beenbaggier? lmao. funniest thing ive read all day.And ive seen LL cool j with shirts on tighter than lil waynes skinny jeans and that dude dont look a bit feminin @ all. smmh some pple i swear

I think that is very true - Now when I see these pictures with the sword I'm starting to remember the pictures.
And if I remember correctly, they were in a Michael Jackson book. (see "Edit:")
I was young, dumb and traded away that book for some posters and shit. Don't know what I was thinking.

I have to agree with the negative opinions on the Oxford outfit and... oh gawd... the horrid gold thongy leotard from the Dangerous Tour. I've always secretly wanted to ask him, "What you were thinking when you chose that???" :rofl: Like the wardrobe folks went through Madonna's closet, lol. It would have been ok if the bottom of it had been black, to match the pants, but the way it was... ugh. Ah well, too late to change it now... and... he was still gorgeous! :cheeky:

Half the time a girl mentions da damn gold outfit from the HIStory tour they just talk about his junk. Same wid the gold thong, wat sensible thinkin guy would think that looks good?? And yes I think the tighter a guy wears his close the more feminine they make him look. LL's jacked, everythin looks tight on him n lil wayne's a sell-out wearin bitch ass tight tight jeans he looks like a fool.
