you're not sure if she's there or not....she could have went in early before the cameras and chaos.

Janet is not there. Rebbie is there.

TMZ has listed all the family that are there (exclusing the nephews). Janet is the biggest star in the family, if Janet was there, she would have gotten a mention

does kenny ortega or randy phillips even know where this arraignment was going on?

maybe randy should think a little bit, i guess only family was "invited". why would the D.A. send randy phillips or kenny ortega a letter to show up, or give them a call? or the estate executors?

simple fact: no one of them was notified, just family.

I would assume the DA only invite families. The courthouse is not very big, it can't handle hundreds of people.

Is Randy insinuating that MJ's kids don't care about MJ either? Because most of any profits will go to MJ's children. did he expect them to be in court as well? I know it sounds ridiculous, but his tweet does not hold up either.
Even MJ's closest friends did not show up....

I wish I understood his thought process. God bless him.


I guess the Jacksons 9well, I cannot say the Jacksons)....I guess Randy , Joe & latoya's strategy is to make as much noise as possible to shame the estate....turn MJ fans AGAINST the estate administrators....so the estate does not make money. I mean knowing that your mother & niece & nephews are the estate SOLE BENEFICIARIES...trying to bamboozle the estate shows how petty these three bozos are.

I don't think he is refering to money. Basically the people who are benefitting from MJ dying is not there to support him in death. Although, I don't think it is like that. I am sure AEG and the executors have lives too.

I guess some fans just cant see what randy is saying, he is saying the people that he and many other people believe are involved in michael death a long with murray and benefiting from michael death did not take the time to act even concern by showing up at court, I understand how he feels its makes it seem so obvious they could care less weather murray went to jail or not. as long they keep getting paid
 
I have criticised Randy in the past but even I can see what he's saying, whether or not I agree with it.

I don't see how people are failing to see this.

The family don't think it is only Murray involved. That should be clear now, from the statements of various family members.

Randy said this in the tweet before -

As I said, you don't have to agree with what they say, but you should be able to see what they are saying by now. They've started to make it really clear.

Personally I don't see why KO is mentioned there.

I mean, Janet and Marlon weren't there either, should we be reading something into that also. Since he wants to take ATTENDANCE, he should have mentioned why Janet and Marlon weren't there.

I wonder if he would have been so concerned about all of those folks not being there, if he were in someway named in Michael Will, because in my opinion, that's all he seems interested in ($$$).

We already know what these three think: Murray is the fall guy, there are more people involved. Instead of talking to the press, it would be more useful for these three to sit down with the DA and help break the darn case. If they are holding back previous info that could lead to more arrest, they should be considered co-conspirators. Period.

I cannot imagine some of his family having all that information and not sharing it with the DA...unacceptable.

Randy should provide the proofs he has. Same for Latoya. Joe is just senile...so I can't hold it against him.

But the other two should go to the DA...stop fighting your battle in the media. Larry King...The sun...TMZ cannot do anything to solve MJ's death. The LAPD & the DA can.

Don't even try to explain yourself in here. The Jackson's can NEVER do anything positive or case Michael in a positive light.

@MJsMileykitten Joe won't give up, he is a strong man, he is gonna make sure Conrad pays.

and I agree with Randy and Rockin....they should all be held accountable...they are ALL guilty on different levels....they should all be punished.....they ALL took Michael from us....and thanks to them ALL he is never coming back.

What I meant by the part in my post that you put in bold is we will probably be hearing more about their true suspicions through the press. They have already started to be more specific.

How do you know they haven't provided info to the LAPD/DA?

If there is any chance that other people are involved in Michael's death wouldn't you want it to be investigated? Thats what it comes down to asking yourself.

He obviously hasn't spoken to the DA...because he keeps hammering at "people around MJ" but he does not know who they are.

Jermaine & Katherine met with the DA last week..and one thing Jermaine said: HE DID NOT WANT TO JEOPARDIZE the case by stating too much in the press. That was following his meeting with the DA.

So now you tell me, if Joe had spoken to the DA....how do you explain his media whoring of the case? Justice won't be granted by public opinion....but in a court of law.
 
To put it simply on where I personally stand, please understand how I feel about it --

Forget your feelings for the family if you can. Just forget them. Think about Michael.
If there was any chance that people/forces other than Murray were involved in Michael's death, any chance at all, wouldn't you want it to be investigated so that all involved were brought to justice? Why would you want to fight against that?

Like I said before, they ain't mad that they weren't invited, they were mad that they were not invited to PERFORM. Jermaine got a chance to perform "Smile," then it appears that the performance invitations dried up. In my opinion, that's the REAL problem.

If you hate RANDY so much why don't you just ignore his tweets, why punish yourself with his randings. That is whay i would do.
Rangt was Mj's baby brother they were very close, Mj used to take care of him. it is not surprising that Randy is affected by his brothe's death in that way. People grieve differently, and Randy is showing anger through his grief.
The other brothers are much older than randy, He was one of the closest to Mj in age. it probably affecting him the most.

When it comes to "some" members of the Jackson family, you don't have to be a mind reader, all you need is a pair of eyes. LOL! Some of their actions are very transparent, in my opinion.
