Murray trial Day 23, November 3rd - discussion

As much as I hate the defense, this sentence may get in the heads of some jurors, all they need is a doubt...

Well, but if the patient has to break into a cabinet, that means the doctors at the hospital still kept it locked away and took precautions. Murray did no such thing, nobody had to break into anything.

There are a lot of negligent counts against him that the drip theory doesn't really matter in the large main of it.

take it in a psychhospital.. a patient killes himself, a patient breaks into a cabinet.. put it in a familysituation where someone overdoses.

hows that conected. there was no negligence as the cabinet was locked. and someone oding themselves doesnt involve a dr does he think a drug dealer shouldnt be charged then?

maybe its like apples and oranges to compare this to casey anthony, but to my understanding the jury felt she was guilty but couldnt convict her since there were no evidence.they felt she was neglient but didnt convict her

after walgren prob over for today? and then how do we know tmr that the verdict is there?? or have we have to wait after the computer for hours and days??

The pros drip theory is the only one that seems to be offered. Chernoff made no attempt to explain how mj died. Nothing about how murray was out of the room, the loaded syringe and the immediate heart attack. Huge omission - are the jury meant to remember what white said?

Lets just remind ourselves of the charge here...

criminal negligence - (law) recklessly acting without reasonable caution and putting another person at risk of injury or death (or failing to do something with the same consequences)

Okay guys what do you seriously think about no pshyical proof of there being a drip?

Do u all think the jury need/want a drip to convict him or does all other things like not calling 911, withheld information to paramedics etc be enough to convict Murray?

Chernoff mentioned that so many times that I got a bit worried..
With all of the Propofol that was in Michael a drip is the only thing that make sense. Hopefully the jury will come to that conclusion too.

Murray showed consious of giuilt with his lies to both EMT's and the Docs at the hospital and many other things how can the jury over look any of that? I just don't see it happening and I'll be outraged if they do.

I was talking more about the 'if you're gonna get this man guilty, don't do it because it's Michael Jackson' thing...

theres more chance of him getting off becasue its mj than the other way around unless those ppl really are fans

I wish we could arrange some alerting system for when the verdict is in so that we don't have to sit the computer nights away..

I'm surprised he didn't go and put out a conspiracy theory...he sure hinted at one: the 3 bodyguards all knew each other, murray was just a small fish in a big dirty pond...

well murray must feel good hearing his own attorneys call him at various times: the 'elephant in the room', bug eyed and now a small fish...LOL looks more like a bottom feeder to me.

What an embarassing thing to have to sit through, Chernoff flailing around trying to blame everyone else. I hope the jury sees it for what is was. Nothing.

Either the defense is trying to confuse the jury or they think Murray is being charge with murder 2, which it would be important that Murray gave the fatal dose.

The defense attempt to twist somethings to fit their story, but it only make them look stupid. For example, they said Shaffer was bias despite making models for self-injecting, while White thought of nothing but how to blame Michael and he's the one getting paid. Who's more bias here?

yes and maybe the jury also believes that but jurors cant convict based on what they think happened or on their emotions. there are no physical proof to back this theory about a drip being used.

Yes u will just have to wait for the announcement however way u get the news through the TV or here by reading it. But, Murray will proably be home waiting so we will have to wait until he arrives to hear the verdict. It won't happen that fast.

For example Yrs ago MJ had an hr to get to the court room to hear the verdict and he was home at neverland when he found out a verdict was reached.
