To whom it may concern,

I have some questions concerning the Michael Jackson case.

I would like to inquire as to why Dr. Conrad Murray is receiving special treatment? Why is he allowed to negotiate his own surrender? It is my understanding that standard procedure is to arrest suspected perpetrators of homicide. They are handcuffed and taken into custody. Why is there a breach of protocol in this case?

We, the fans, are watching. We are aware, and we expect numerous, serious charges. We await justice for Michael Jackson.

The DA and LAPD are scum... corrupt...it's obvious. All the shit MJ went through, nobody said a word. now this bastard gets special treatment?

He is not getting special treatment. This is the way you are suppose to treat someone when they are about to face arrest for a crime and they are aware of such. I had family members who had warrants put on them and they walked into the police station and turn themselves in without any fanfair or police escort. I have even seen someone who did end up killing someone and had a warrant turn himself freely to police.

So this is not special treatment at all. What they did to Michael was just wrong, which is why people backlash against it here. It also showed that Sneddon had it out for Michael. A sentiment that the jury said helped see how BS the case was.

One group that wants to see him in handcuffs is a contingent of Michael Jackson fans who launched a telephone campaign to the Los Angeles Police Department demanding as much. They threatened to hold a protest at the airport-area courthouse if Murray was allowed to surrender on his own.

Yes he is, Michael didn't get treated like that, Michael was arrested and handcuffed, People do turn theirselves in voluntary and is booked and finger printed, BUT THEY DON'T have lawyers with them and a bail bondsman on hand with $25,000 dollars up front just to be arranged and walk right out. This DOES NOT HAPPEN in the real world.

can someone post a photo of Michael in cuffs... Yea we need reminding that bad. These photos remind us how STRONG Michael was regardless of what he was charged for. Murray WILL have to face Justice if he doesn't face it in jail he will face it out. There is no way now that people see him as innocent. They may think what he did was an accident but we know better. We know this was no accident. Some fans are so strong to avenge Michael something i feel will be done.

Fans will continue to fight but that has nothing to do with Latoya Jackson or Karen Faye, I'm ready to fight anyone and everyone for Michael's sake only.

Right, someone accuses Michael of something, and he has to be humiliated and handcuffed and charged. Murray just gets away with it. WHYYYYYY?????? Someone is dead because of him. That's the worst possible thing anyway. Why would he not be handcuffed?! I'm glad all the fans called like that. Too bad it didn't help. :(

I e-mailed the D.A. and told him how UPSET I was about his decision to let Murray come to court without being handcuffed. Also, since I'm a registered nurse and a nurse anesthetist, I wrote everything I thought Murray did wrong and what he should or shouldn't have done (and also how, what we hear his defence is trying to use as "evidence", will be COMPLETELY irrelevant to this case) and what I thought was clearly proof of him acting with gross negligence. Don't know if they will read it and I'm sure they have already interviewed a bunch of anesthesiologists, etc. But still, thought I'll put that in, in case it will help and will have some aspect they might not have thought of (most likely not, but you never know...can't hurt at least).

Since the Judge didn’t make a ruling on Monday April 5th about suspending Conrad murray’s as a condition for his bail but postponed a decision about that until the preliminary hearing on June 14th we have decided to step up our action to get Conrad Murray’s License to be suspended.

We are writing Letters to th Governor of California asking him to step in on this matter and order the Judge to rule about Conrad Murray’s medical License right away. We have a letter you, the fans, can use as an example for your own letters you want to sent to Governor Schwarzenegger, but you can also just copy and paste our letter and sent it.

As good of an idea as this is.....I don't think sending the Governor letters will make a difference...He will only tell us that the case is being decided by a judge...and if the judge doesn't want to hear that part of the case until June 14th then that is how it is. It makes me VERY angry the way things happened yesterday..Murray kills Michael....then he gets to keep treating patients...what are they waiting for..him to kill another..grrr

I know- I had to edit it and correct quite a bit before I sent it. We need to make sure all our communications are mature, well written and the spelling is correct.
