Lol..off with the clothes! exactly. i said in another thread he should be in a loin cloth when doing yana. i mean not to be perverted or anything..but you know to bring out the feeling of the song and all :lol:

btw great tattoo.. i remember seeing a tattoo like that before..it looks familiar.. was that you..its amazing!!

haha great! :) It would have been interesting (naked yana - like the music video).. Wonder what would have happened if they took a girl from the audience to the stage.... :eek:

You know, theres a HIStory rehearsal picture with him doing Billie Jean in jeans, some black shoes, a jumper and a fedora, which looks really good, but I havent seen it since, 2001/02. If anyone could find that pic... Someone must have it, lol.

The gold thong thingy from the "Dangerous" tour. I can't believe Michael and his costume designer (s) actually thought this was a good idea. I enjoy watching performances from the "Dangerous" tour very much, but that outfit is so distracting. Definitely his worse to date.
 
Guess I may be one of the only ones who actually liked the Dangerous outfit (thong...if you will). It always looked like a fencing outfit to me. And I always thought it accentuated his hips really well. The only thing I thought was funny was the buckle in the back where it's connected. Just looks kinda funny to see a piece of yellow fabric coming out from under your ass, lol! But in the front it looks good!

I know people will disagree with me, but it's cool. I've come to live with it, lol!

Actually this one didn't seem so bad, just maybe without some of the "embellishments", picture it without the fancy embroidery. . Brown looks good on him, imo, and usually brown/tan is not one of my favorite colors on anyone.
 
I classify myself as a typical Australian male and yet I see no problem with the Dangerous tour outfit. The thing fits him snugly and all his moves look sharper in it. If I had to choose a costume from all of Michael's concert outfits, I would choose Dangerous based on that. I think broadly American males would automatically dislike this because unlike Europe/Australia, males tend to shy away from body hugging gear and go for the baggy look, so this would seem very feminine to them. I think if they found some way to have it secured without the need for it to be tied up like a G-string, it would have been terrific.

As for what I dont like... probably all his suit combinations from 2000-2007 (minus some great court appearance suits), especially the one in the photo with Bill Clinton (taken somewhere in the early 00's).

The HIStory tour outfit is just too... aluminium foil for me.

I actually thought that was pretty boss!! More reserved, a little flair which is legit, and he was rockin a lil facial hair. Now all he's got 2 do is get rid of the mop on his head an he'll be good. I'm still waitin 4 the day where we either see MJ rock corn rows or just gets a short short cut again
 
Well, I didn't like the Oxford University speech outfit or the Dangerous Tour "thong".
There may have been more but for the most part, I like his style. :D
 
Oh I love that brown suit, at least it wasn't completely white :mello:... now that wouldn't have resonated wit me (im serious! lol). And that cute smile just did it 4 me, so, he gets a pass, from me! :D

interesting theory on the american male disliking the dangerous costume because of the looser clothing, but as an american male, i think it's that it kind of looks like a leotarde, or like something madonna would wear. i actually prefer tighter fitting clothes designed by europeans. yup, american designers create clothes much looser -- i hate all of that extra fabric, whether it be on suits, dress shirts, jeans, or t-shirts. i think in general americans are more obese -- a lot of gluttons here who eat disgustingly large portions of unhealthy food (just look at those huge 7-11 'big gulp' sizes, wow, it's bad enough to even drink soda to begin w/, never mind about 7 lbs of it in one sitting, lol) -- so i imagine that's why the clothes are made bigger. . . . then some people wear outfits that are so large that they fall off their body. i dont get it but to each his own.
 
2 years ago in Japan...it was said to be a designer suit...but to me it looked like a PJ with loads of tiny lions on it....please never ever again...ta
 
The New pictures I just saw this morning! Even though MJ is as cute as a button..lol. I hope that what I saw was only practice wear and lounge. *You all will see what I'm talking about* He still look good though. Only MJ can do it, only MJ. :) lol
 
That is officially the worst thing ever! Just stick to jeans man, tried and tested.
