Speculation: timbaland to anounce to work with a mystery artist on the grammys

wasn't Tmbaland working with Janet ? He's suppoused to be good.

am hearing the invincible too there are 3 4 song i really like invincible haven can can wait heartbraker and buterflies are brilliant..but the rest of the album has nothing intertsting to say..and michael havent use his fans in album like that.you cant compare it with bad or dangerous not even for a joke.it was an album that michael pussed by sony to make.and we all see what happen after the release and what they do to him...

Again, I find this incorrect. Songs like "Speechless", "The Lost Children", "Don't Walk Away", "You Are My Life", "You Rock My World", "Threatened", etc... are all excellent tracks. "Speechless" and "TLC" have especially strong melody and "TLC" has very stong lyrical content, both have outstanding vocals. You're acting as though the album had nothing of any substance to offer and that simply is untrue. It had many strong tracks on it and the level of production was high. If it had seen as great success as his previous albums I don't think fans would dog it so much.

Again, the one and really only mistake I find with "Invincible" is that Michael didn't write that many tracks on his own. He's a superior song writer and he should utilize that talent more. The reason I think "Bad" and "History" are his best albums is because the song writing is beyond excellent and that's because HE wrote the majority of the tracks on his own.

all these ballads that you really love i really dont like at all its my personal taste in music sorry.!!! these kind of songs are not the songs michael needs now.if he wants to be back on chats and make sales again..he wants HITS DANCE SONGS MODERN RITHM. now ballads are welcome ofcourse.. but not the ballads you are saying...strong good powerfull ballads like liberian girl dirty dianna give in to me earth song these are michaels ballads not the lost children..what was that???

The Lost Children. What was that? That was Michael being Michael. Do you have a problem with that? You seem to be encouraging Michael to not be himself and make fake music just to get in the charts rather than making music that Michael really wants to make like The Lost Children for example.

"Dirty Diana" is a ballad?

It's your personal tast, but you stated it as though it were a fact that these songs suck. "TLC" is very strong in terms of melody and lyrical content. I find that song to be one of Michael's best.

Michael himself said that his favorite tracks off of "Invincible" were "Speechless" and "TLC" and I agree that those are the best tracks on the album. Michael can impress just as strongly with a good, down tempo track as he can with an up tempo track. The way you refer to ballads makes me think you don't find Michael to be a strong vocalist. If that's the case, then you are factually mistaken. With a good ballad, Michael could very well get on to the charts. He'll of course come out with a more up tempo track to start things out no doubt. But having a variety of more down-tempo tracks isn't a bad thing, as you imply it is. Some of his best songs are ballads.

As Bob George said, "TLC" is Michael being Michael. It's a powerful song, if people could just get passed their insecurity over the expression of emotion.

Its gonna be PRINCE!!!

Prince is planning to do a similar thing to Thriller 25, but with Purple Rain album instead, with people like Timbaland

TomV87,

who told you this??

i sincerely hope michael doesnt work with Timberland. ALL Timbo's tracks sound identical. Eventually he will fade off the charts coz it will be like the same thing for the 100th time. People will want something new and he will give them the same old thing

I couldn't have said it better. thanks for saving me from typing!

Lake or land, - I loath both Timbers

hahahahahahaha lol!

TomV87,

who told you this??

Tom is known for speculations on his own...

Could it be?
Hmmm.......
Lake or land, - I loath both Timbers
I can't stand either of them
Michael can work with whoever he wants. He has my full support.
Tru dat!

he also said some crap about "i could put him on top with great beats, as long as he doesnt make music videos. people dont wanna look at MJ these days" or something like that
Maybe HE doesnt wanna look at Michael... He should speak for himself!

and thriller actually was lifted off by a live performance on motown 25...not a video....
but the music was strong..it couldn't have gone without good music...
naa.. i don't like timbaland either. i heard i think he's working with Madonna..i think that may be the artist.
Could be....
Timbaland produced only one good song, Apologize.
other than that, it's all crap, sounds all the same.
That song has grown on me so much. I like it a lot. :)
Its gonna be PRINCE!!!

Ya think???

Michael...what do you think?

Maybe it means Timbaland is going to mix Michael's music for Grammies. If there will be a tribute? I doubt Michael is going to perform..

Is it that Grammies will have 50th ANNIVERSARY and it's on the same day T25 is released!?!?!

i like timbaland. as an MJ fan i often think i have to dislike certain artists, but in the end i can't deny it that timba or whoever makes some good beats.

in the end i think it's good marketing stratergy. you get all the people that are hot, get the people talking, reach the markets, create a storm. but in the end, only michael would be the one shining.

I like A FEW of Timbaland's songs...not all of them. But if Michael would work with Timbaland, I'm sure it wouldn't be the repetitive Timbaland style beat.

haha the funny thing is timberland has NOTHING to do with this song he simply heard a quality tune and saw it as a way to ride himself to #1 on someone elses back...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fm0T7_SGee4

that link is to the ORIGINAL song by onerepublic BEFORE timberland got his hands on it!

You can see it was uploaded in DECEMBER 2006!!!!

Timberland get back in your cage and make you own songs! Stop using other people!

He remixed it though, and that remix was the one that he released under his name and went it went to #1.

Agree with everything you said.
I think Invincible has some brilliant songs: The lost children, Speechless, Don't walk away, whatever happens.
I like him doing this kind of slow melodic songs.
Heal the world, You are not alone, Little Susie, and For all time etc are all very touching. I think he has a voice for ballad.

He remixed it though, and that remix was the one that he released under his name and went it went to #1.

but the beat was already in place on the original. he basically copied it identically with a computer. not original. just a direct copy with his fancy technology box. lol.
