Will Michael ever communicate personally to fans?

I think in his opinion it's kinda waste of time to write blogs. :lol: But who knows if he will someday. If he thanks his fans once or twice a year, that's enough I think.

Not that I believe he will ever use Facebook to communicate with his fans, only I just realized that he doesn't have too many fans on Facebook, so I want people to add him to their profil!!

Aw he writes me all the time....he and I are planning on taking over the world...and if you believe THAT one...I got a bridge to sell ya!! LOL!! :lol:
 
I don't mind the way things are. The occasional direct message and some information reaching us through more indirect ways are fine with me. I've always been against a full-out blog, too many ways in which it will be abused by the media etc.
 
Well, I like the idea that damien presented. Only, the whole blog thing - he does not need to do that.

As for MJ communicating with fans via phone and letters - it seems that only a selected few get that chance with MJ. Not all of his fans. It would be safe to say that only a few fans get a chance to have that communication with MJ.

I hate the fact that Michael's management thinks he has to be as reclusive as possible.

I would agree with that comment back in 1988, but MJ is less reclusive than he was yaesr ago. I think that if MJ wanted to communicate with his fans on a wide basis, he would do so in his own time.

That image has to go away some day. I still can't believe people want the mysterious image. LOL. That image died when the trial started and we found out some things.
 
In a way is better that he doesn't say much, if he shares his plans and they don't work at the end, people will pick on him for it, the way they pick on him for anything.
Like the Katrina, song, album, whatever it was.
 
I think there's still mysteriousness in his image, even with the trial. I mean the most we found is is that he drinks and looks at porn. LOL But people obviously still doesn't see MJ as normal joe blow (and he really isn't actually). So as long as he doesn't overexpose himself and keep doing what he's doing, then the mysteriousness can still stay in effect. People think what they don't understand is mysterious anyway.
 
i dont get what ppl mean by "mysteriousness" is michaels image. i've never seen him as being mysterious in any way. different yes , weird and mysterious definitely not.
not wanting to over expose himself by appearing publicly all the time and doing lame shows especially when he has no new music out dont make him out to be some kind of ancient egyptian mystery sheesh

I think ur taking mysterious a bit negatively lol

MJ sometimes has created that mysteriousness in his image...especially during the Frank Dileo days. its entertaining...not negative.

yes but i literally dont understand in what way michael has been mysterious cuz honestly i dont see him being that at all.
 
well one would be the simple fact that he stays away ffor a long time and then comes back swinging. And when he stays a way, compared to most celebs, he REALLY stays away.Makes people wonder.

And then of course there are lil things like the hyperbaric(sp?) chamber thing and all those publicity tactics he and Dileo conjured up.

And sometimes its mysterious UNintentionally since, like i said, he's different. he's larger than life, he's got a unique style to EVERYTHING he does...And for some, different and unexplainable = mysterious.

1)yes but still no mystery there. when hes working on new music (like he is now) he stays low until hes done and then he comes out with a bang. in his private life he does normal stuff like every other person.

2) personally i dont think that was a publicity stunt. both katherine and michael have said in interviews that he just wanted to try that thing out for a sec and someone took a pic.

3) yes he is greater than life but still that doesnt create mystery in my book.

of course all of us are different ppl and see some things in different ways. :)

edit: i just wanna add here that mysterious is generally considered someone that has a strange behavior and does strange things.
for example ur neighbor that doesnt talk to anyone, u dont know nothing about him, looks at u strangely, does things that u cant find a reason for etc is mysterious. basically someone is mysterious for me when they do things that i cant explain or understand. michael to me has never said/done nothing strange. the more u see him and hear him talking etc the more u realize how normal and non mysterious he is.

nooooooooo like yall are saying MJ was just playing around with the thing. but frank thought it would be good to spread the pic around...and there u have it.

Mystery is not negative or strange in my book. Mystery leaves things to the imagination...thats why I like MJ. And sometimes that mysteriousness is created intentionally and unintentionally.

Fact is, MJ likes to keep people guessing. And he can't do that if he's straight forward all the time. I think he likes to create mystery to an extent when it comes right down to it.
 
i am seeing people talking about Mike in hiding as making people wonder where he is... people dont wonder. the ONLY people who think to themselves "omg mj the king of pop hasnt been out and about lately" are the few active members on these forums.
 
Nope. When he comes back, people realized "gee where has he been? Whaaat? Michael JACKSON???" That happens EVERY time.

The fact people keep asking where the hell is he at with new music every "drought" period shows people care about what he's doing when he disappears off the face of the earth.

J5master, I understand what you mean by Michael being mysterious and I agree with you :yes:

Take for example this new album he's working with.. Well the truth is he hasn't said anything about it, there's only been other artists saying "yes he's doing a new album". Where the other artists would have already announced "Yes, yes, yes, there's going to be a new album!" Michael has kept everything in secret and let people to wonder "Is Michael Jackson really up to a new album?" That's being mysterious!

Or when he said "There's more to come from Michael Jackson".. He didn't reveal all his cards. He told there's something coming, but at the same time he actually didn't tell anything. That's being mysterious!
 
Hmm, I don't really think Michael needs to be any more communicative than this. Yes, I would like to read some news more often, to know more about the new album etc. But that's his way of handling things, and I respect it and like it somehow - it's what makes him special :)

And think about it this way: although he doesn't have a site where to write blogs or doesn't take part in many public events (fan related), he's probably the only star in the world to be this close to his fans. Honestly, I feel his love and it makes me feel great as a fan :) And in the past, he's participated at events organised for fans and met with them often - like someone mentioned before, he even kept in touch with some. But now he has a family to take care of, and I'm sure that's his no.1 priority :)

I don't feel like asking for more, I'm happy with him :)

yeah, I agree with you... but still I think it would be useful for him to have his own space in the net
I mean, one of the Polish football goalkeepers , Jerzy Dudek, has his own site and this way he communicates with the media.. and it works for him ...

there is always some problems with rumours concerning Michael in the media
they usually start with one person and are spread all around the world
if he had a site like this he could be able to deny or confirm any information about him at once
(I mean of course not every single piece of it)
that's why I'm saying it would be useful:)

I agree with having a site of his own.....mjjsource was great from this point of view, something similar would work :) :D
